RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All items are eligible for exchange, return or store credit.
Silver, brass, and gold plated items are eligible for refunds upon return. All 22k Gold, 18k Gold, 14k Gold, 10k Gold pieces are exchange only.
Return and exchange requests for all items must be made within 7 days of delivery. Once the request is approved, the original item(s) must be sent back within 10 days, otherwise the return or exchange is no longer eligible.
Please email harvinder@kaurajewels.co to submit your request. Your request must include Contact Info, Order # or Full Name of Purchaser, Date of Purchase and a brief description and image of item for the return or exchange.
We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
Return shipping is free of charge for orders with a value greater than $500.
We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
FINAL SALE
At this time, international orders, items purchased as an exchange or for store credit, customized pieces (including custom ring sizing), special orders, deposits for custom work, and items purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code greater than 35% are final sale and non-refundable.
